Asem bin Abdul Wahab Alessa

Asem bin Abdul Wahab Alessa is a licensed lawyer and a certified arbitrator, bringing extensive expertise in legal practice, dispute resolution, and arbitration to his professional and advisory roles.

Mr. Asem bin Abdul Wahab Alessa previously served as Director and Legal Advisor to the Banking Disputes Committee at the Saudi Monetary Agency from 1991 to 2002, where he provided expert legal guidance, oversaw dispute resolution processes, and contributed to the development of regulatory frameworks in the banking sector.

He also served as Legal Advisor at the Bureau of Experts at the Board of Ministers from 2002 to 2006, providing counsel on legislative and regulatory matters. Subsequently, he joined the National Industrialization Company and Saudi Socqab Company as Director of the Legal Department, where he oversaw corporate legal affairs, compliance, and risk management.

Mr. Asem bin Abdul Wahab Alessa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, providing him with a solid legal foundation that underpins his extensive experience in advisory, arbitration, and corporate legal management roles.
