Omar Bin Khalid Al Balali currently serves as a Board Member and Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, where he oversees governance, executive appointments, and compensation policies to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and best practices.

Prior to his current role, Omar Bin Khalid Al Balali served as Director of Planning and Control at the National Manufacturing Company from 2012 to 2015, where he was responsible for strategic planning, performance management, and operational oversight. In 2015, he joined Tasnee as General Manager of Business Consultancy Solutions, leading initiatives to enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and support organizational growth.

Mr. Omar Bin Khalid Al Balali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Law with expertise in legal frameworks, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
