Mr. Rayan’s career began at Saudi Aramco from 1997 to 2001, where he worked as an Electrical Engineer and in Loss Prevention, gaining foundational technical and safety expertise. From 2001 to 2014, he progressed through leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, culminating as Regional Director of Supply and Logistics, where he oversaw operations and optimized supply chain performance across multiple markets. Between 2014 and 2017, he served as General Manager of the Development and Plastics Sector at the National Manufacturing Company, driving innovation and operational growth. From 2017 to 2021, he was Chief Executive Officer of Air Navigation, leading modernization and transformation initiatives in air traffic management, followed by his role as Chief Executive Officer of Jeddah Airports Company from 2021 to 2022, where he focused on enhancing operational efficiency and elevating the passenger experience.

Mr. Rayan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, complemented by a Management Excellence Diploma from Harvard Business School, equipping him with a strong technical foundation and advanced leadership and management skills.
