Mr. Shaker N. Alotaibi has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Maadaniyah since 2015, leading the company’s transformation and growth in the metal engineering sector. In addition to his executive role, he also holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, where he contributes to shaping the company’s long-term strategy and governance.

Prior to joining Maadaniyah, Mr. Shaker N. Alotaibi began his career as an Engineer at Alpco Aluminum Company in September 2000, where he gained valuable technical and industrial experience. In May 2002, he moved to Gulf Salt Manufacturing Company, further broadening his expertise in operations and engineering within the manufacturing sector.

He joined Maadaniyah in 2004 as Deputy General Manager and has since held several key leadership positions within the company. His roles have included serving as General Manager of Arabian Axles & Masabik, where he oversaw operations, strategic planning, and business development, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and market presence.

Mr. Shaker N. Alotaibi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), providing him with a strong technical and analytical foundation that has supported his leadership and strategic roles in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
