Mr. Fath al-Rahman has over 25 years of experience spanning banking, auditing, and industrial sectors. He began his career as an Accountant in banks outside Saudi Arabia, gaining expertise in financial reporting and compliance. He then worked as an Auditor in auditing firms, focusing on financial controls and regulatory standards. Later, he joined Maadaniyah as an Account Manager, where he manages client accounts and financial operations, contributing to the company’s growth and efficiency.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences with a major in Accounting.

Mr. Faisal has over 10 years of diverse professional experience, having served as a Consultant in the Local Sales Department at Aramco, Regional Sales Manager at Nalco, and Technical Custo mer Service Engineer. He later advanced to become the Head of Scheduling and Production Planning at SABIC, where he led critical operational and planning functions.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, providing him with a strong technical and analytical foundation that has supported his leadership and professional growth across various industries.

Mr. Abdullah brings extensive experience across sales, management, and operations in leading organizations. He has held key roles including Sales Executive at Xerox Saudi Arabia and Director of the Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society, managing organizational operations. He also gained international experience as a Production Supervisor with several printing press companies in the United States. Early in his career, he held roles at SABIC and Saudi Aramco, where he gained foundational experience in payroll management and workplace safety.

He holds diplomas in Accounting and English Language from the United States.

Mr. Diya al Dein Mohamed has held several leadership roles at Arabian Axles, progressing from Sales Engineer to General Manager. During his tenure, he drove significant sales growth, expanded the client base, and secured exclusive partnerships with global companies such as HALDEX and PENTA. As General Manager, he successfully recovered more than 80% of lost clients, improved customer satisfaction, and led 130 employees across multiple departments while overseeing budgets, financial reporting, and the implementation of Maadaniyah’s strategic goals.

He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Central Lancashire, UK, equipping him with strong technical expertise and advanced leadership and management skills.
